Aramis Search LLC (“Aramis Search”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a US-based executive search and recruitment firm providing talent acquisition services to clients in the United States, the United Kingdom, and internationally.

    When we process UK candidate or client data in the US, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including:

    • The UK International Data Transfer Addendum (IDTA)

    • The EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)

    • Contractual protection with our cloud providers (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and any applicant tracking or CRM systems we use)

    By engaging with us, you acknowledge that such transfers may occur for legitimate recruitment-related purposes.

  • We may share personal data with:

    • Client companies involved in your recruitment process

    • Technology providers (email, ATS, CRM, cloud services)

    • Professional advisers (legal, compliance, accountancy)

    • Regulatory bodies where required by law

    We never sell personal data. Data is shared only where strictly necessary and under confidentiality obligations.

    Candidates may request deletion of their data at any time, subject to any overriding legal obligations.

  • If you are located in the UK or EU, you have the right to:

    • Access your personal data

    • Correct inaccuracies

    • Request deletion

    • Object to processing based on legitimate interests

    • Request data portability

    • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

     

    WITHDRAWING CONSENT

    Where we rely on your consent to process personal data, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. You may do so by contacting us at info@aramis-search.com.

    Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.
